Conservation [kon-ser-vey-shuhn] NOUN

  1. The act of conserving, prevention of injury, decay, waste, or loss; prevention
  2. Official supervision of rivers, forests, and other natural resources in order to preserve and protect them through prudent management.
  3. The careful utilization of a natural resource in order to prevent depletion.

As individuals, Conservation has been an important part of our daily lives for years and years. We support the National Parks, we participate in Earth Day, we participate with and support local lake preservation associations. It’s in our DNA and it’s just who we are.

Now that we are building a business that produces boat dock accessories, Conservation is at the heart of what we do. It is at the core of our mission and we will always focus on paying a portion of our success forward to perpetuate our dedication to preserving our natural resources.

Today, we are earmarking a portion of our proceeds to offer financial support to the National Parks and local lake preservation associations. Pretty simple proposition. As we grow, we have plans to expand our involvement in supporting these critical causes with larger numbers and with increased community involvement.

We respect and appreciate our fresh-water lakes. We want to help preserve them and help contribute to the vibrant communities around our fresh-water lakes. We encourage you to reach out to your local preservation association and enlist your friends and neighbors to support them with your donations, your time, and your enthusiasm. It’s something we all tend to take for granted until a serious problem arises.

Let’s all do our part to preserve the natural gifts we have been given. We intend to do our part as best we can and that’s all we can ask of anyone.
