Ordering

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

CAN I BUY PIER GEAR PRODUCTS IN MY LOCAL MARINE SHOP?

We’re building our dealer network as we speak, but we’re in the early stages. We could use your help. If you send us your marine shop’s info, we’ll reach out to them. That way, you could examine our products in person before you purchase.

WHERE ARE PIER GEAR PRODUCTS MADE?

All of Pier Gear products are made by hand in our production facility in Omaha, NE.

We offer seasonal discounts from time to time centered around the summer Holidays and we often offer product specific discounts online based on inventory levels. Check back from time to time to see what comes on sale.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use major carriers, you’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping fee will depend on your products and shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to some countries. Please initiate checkout to see if your country is listed. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Pier Gear offers a 5-day return policy on most products. All products must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. Refunds and returns for items purchased at Pier Gear resellers are subject to the Reseller’s policies.

Pier Gear reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.

Product Exclusions and Restrictions

REFUND POLICY

 Refunds will be offered by Pier Gear for products that: Are returned within 15 days from date of purchase.

Include copy of receipt or invoice.

Does not show signs of wear or damage.

Were purchased from Pier Gear directly.

In some cases, we will be able to consider an exchange. This decision all depends on your particular circumstances.
