Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of shipping, email Tom Baker, owner, at tom@piergear.com.
We understand your needs may change. Unfortunately, orders cannot
be cancelled once processed. We will be happy to work with you to arrange a
return/refund as long as product is in like new condition. If an item doesn’t work out, you can exchange it for a different style or return it for a refund. Domestic return shipping is free.
Currently, products are exclusively sold online at PierGear.com. We are expanding our dealer network and can contact local marine shops upon request.
All products are hand-made in Omaha, NE and Green Bay, WI, using marine-grade materials.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Orders are processed within one business day. Currently, domestic orders over $150 will enjoy free shipping (UPS Ground).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on items and address.
- Domestic shipping: U.S. only
- International shipping: Available to select countries. Duties, taxes, or VAT may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns: Pier Gear products can be returned within 14. business days of shipping for replacement or refund.
- Refunds: Products returned within 14 days, in original condition, are
eligible for a full refund (excluding any shipping charges). Product must be
in sellable condition.
