SHIPPING POLICY

  • ·       All orders are processed within one hour of your order confirmation during business  hours (with very few exceptions like vacations or holidays).
  • ·       You will receive a confirmation email, and another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

  • ·       Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location.
  • ·       We have negotiated a 40% discount on UPS shipping and are passing those savings onto you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • ·       We offer international shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico.
  • ·       Beyond that, we’ll need to talk on the phone to explore how we can support your request.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • ·       When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  • ·       If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us https://piergear.com/pages/contact-us , and we will look into it for you.
