HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of shipping, email tom@piergear.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If an item doesn’t work out, you can exchange it for a different style or return it for a refund. Domestic return shipping is free.

CAN I BUY PIER GEAR PRODUCTS IN MY LOCAL MARINE SHOP?

Currently, products are sold online at PierGear.com. We are expanding our dealer network and can contact local marine shops upon request.

WHERE ARE PIER GEAR PRODUCTS MADE?

All products are hand-made in our Omaha, NE production facility using marine-grade materials.

We use major carriers, you’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

WHAT IS PIER GEAR'S SHIPPING POLICY (DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL)

Orders are processed within one business day. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on items and address.

  • Domestic shipping: U.S. only
  • International shipping: Available to select countries. Duties, taxes, or VAT may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
WHAT IS PIER GEAR'S RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
  • Returns: Most products can be returned within 5 days to the manufacturer for replacement. Reseller purchases are subject to the reseller’s policy.
  • Refunds: Products returned within 15 days, in original condition, and purchased directly from Pier Gear are eligible for a refund. Exchanges may be considered case-by-case.
