Return Period
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return.
Condition of Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in a condition which can be resold.
How to Initiate a Return
- · Call us or email us to tell us you need to make a return.
- · With almost no questions asked, we will email you a return shipping label.
- · Take your return to the US Post Office (not UPS).
Refund Process
- · Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- · The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
- · If you need a different color, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- · If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. The phone is the best way to reach us, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
